A ciegas, con cartillas en mano. Nos dirigimos a catar estas 4 joyitas.
Nos quedamos con sed
Excelente cata. Se tendra que volver a repetir.
1998 Bruno Giacosa Barolo Le Rocche del Falletto di Serralunga d'Alba 92 Points
Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barolo
Tasted blind. Tannic structure, this wine is still alive. notes of dark fruit and minerals. The color seems that of a 15yr old bottle. Temperature may not be the best.

1998 Domenico Clerico Barolo Ciabot Mentin Ginestra 96 Points
Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barolo
Tasted blind. Wow! My WOTN and we just got started. The definition of a great Barolo. It tastes much younger than what it is. It can fool you. This is definitely at peak. Endless finish. Once again, awesome!

2001 Luciano Sandrone Barolo Cannubi Boschis 92 Points
Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barolo
Tasted blind. This is ready to drink. You can tell it's quality but the tannins have subsided. Maybe a bit too much. There's a lack of grip and acid. The finish is not as long as the others so far.

2000 Poderi Aldo Conterno Barolo Cicala 93 Points
Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barolo
Tasted blind. Tastes younger. A bit more red and rustic than the rest of the lineup. Finish is mid-length. Loving Barolos tonight.
