The 2005 Clos des Fees Blanc (AOC Côtes du Roussillon) was lovely last month at 7 years of age, this is wonderfully young, fragrant, floral, with very subtle and playful minerality, lemon curd, fresh, elegant, well-balanced, good length, hint of malt whisky, absolutely delicious.
Fabulously fragrant, quite a lot of spicy oak, floral, sweet fruit, very elegant and expressive, wonderful minerality provides support, soft but adequate acidity, refined tannins, drinking beautifully in its youth, good length.

Bottled 2011. A fabulous 20 YO, lifted aromas but no noticeable VA, candied fruit, walnuts, lovely woody notes, wonderful freshness, very refined, spicy, powdery, elegant and aromatic, intense, medium-sweet, lovely flavours, complete, excellent length.
