A delicious dinner with my wife, Stan and Ania to celebrate two important events: our civil wedding and confirmation practice. What an important day, although it will soon be eclipsed by the main wedding event! Opened Chateau Gracia and Shirvington Shiraz, two contrasting wines that nevertheless both offer up some sensuality and plenty of complexity on the nose and palate. Sounds like people that I know.

Sensual palate with plenty of dark complexity. Long nuanced finish.

This wine is simply outstanding and incredibly hedonistic. Very long, complex and highly concentrated finish. Palate is incredibly deep and dark, and offers plenty of tightly wound aromas at this time. This will one day be a stunner and my score may be low.
