As part of the Fine Food & Wine Long Shadows Cruise on the Windstar Wind Surf. Mr. Diel led us through a vertical tasting of his Poet's Leap wine early in the week and then presented this very special vertical a few days later.

Palate: extraordinarily well balanced acidity, apricot and melon. Outstanding wine that should only get better with a few more years.
