95% Syrah, 2% Grenache, 1% Mourvedre & 1% Roussanne. Aromas of bacon fat, savory herb & spice, cassis and fig. Pretty and ripe red cherry & dark raspberry flavors with black peppery and crushed stone, along with a gamey rusticity. Polished and fine structure with a big finish. Very nice.
75% Roussanne/25% Viognier. Unfiltered and unfined with 50% fermented on the skins. Out of the glass is mineral, floral and honey along with tropical fruit. Rich and opulent on the palate with ripe tropical notes and layers of spice and honey enveloping the finish. A very interesting wine. Almost late harvest in style, rich and extracted but overall it's dry... Have it with cheeses. It was perplexing, and left an impression.
43% Syrah, 26% Mourvedre, 16% Counoise, 15% Grenache. Rich garnet color. Developing aromas of red fruit, root & eastern spice and violet. Balanced and layered ripeness with depth of rich spice and dusty earth. Ultra-polished on the palate with fine tannins and big finish. Give this a few years in bottle. Excellent.
63% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 12% Mourvedre. Raisiny plum and licorice aromas. The palate shows crushed rock to accompany the rich dark fruit and spice layers. Firm opulent structure with the more savory notes lingering on the finish.
Deep rich color. Notes of gingerbread, backed cherry and violet emerge from the glass. Mega-concentrated on the palate with richly layered cherry and fig with baking spice and underlying earth. Velvety but very firm tannin and an enveloping full finish. Very nice. If the underlying earthiness begins to emerge with time this could really be special.
Partial carbonic maceration. Underbrush, spice and anise aromas kicking off dark ripe berry on the palate. Flourishes of black pepper and savory spice notes. Full on the palate with round tannins and a medium finish.

Notes of toffee on the palate with nicely balanced and juicy blue fruit along with hints of violet. Round and silky with polished tannin and medium-full finish. Very nice.
Notes of ash, cracked pepper, anise and dark fruits emerge from the glass. Bright on the palate with black pepper-driven fruit and earthy, savory and spice depth. Grippy acid and tannin. Polished and fine structure with ripe blue fruit notes on the finish.
Zesty lime and mineral-driven bouquet. Rich flavors of melon and citrus highlighted by bright mineral notes. Full bodied and crisp, finishing full. Very nice.
Mourvedre/Syrah/Tannat/Grenache. Aromas of anise, plum, mulberry and Provencal herbs. Richly concentrated notes of crushed stone, violet and wild berries. Polished texture with grainy fine tannin and good length. Really nice.
80% Zinfandel with Syrah and Mourvedre. Earthy black pepper and blackberry aromas. Wild brambly fruit flavors, rich and ripe with savory peppery depth. Polished feel with fine grainy tannin and a medium-full finish.
