Dry, medium acidity, medium-medium(+) ripe tannins, medium(+) body and alcohol. Medium(+) flavours of fruitcake, ripe cherries, cocoa, spice/pepper notes, despite it's age loads of fruit. Intriguing structure, smooth, velvet and juicy texture. Medium length with fruit driven finish. Very good. Would be interesting to see how it develops in 3-5 yrs.
