  • NV Pierre Péters Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 92 Points

    France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru

An excellent expression of its Le Mesnil terroir, oyster shell minerality, tart lemon, excellent balance and energy.

  • NV Barbadillo Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Amontillado Reliquia 96 Points

    Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry

Very subtle nose, deep, quite like a Grande Champagne Cognac, hints of candied fruit, honey, nuts, chalk; on the palate bone-dry but rich, salty but balanced and very elegant; excellent length with soaring acidity. A prime example of its style.

  • NV De Muller Tarragona Pajarete Solera 1851 94 Points

    Spain, Catalunya, Tarragona

Toasty, burnt nuts, sweet, dark, caramelized apple; on the palate medium-dry, not extremely concentrated but intense and savoury and with typical Solera elegance, excellent acidity; very good length.

  • NV Valdespino Moscatel Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Toneles 100 Points

    Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry

An incredible combination of motor oil, honey, muscat, tea and flower essence, nuts and oak, impenetrable depth; on the palate velvety, extremely sweet but balanced by wonderful TBA-like acidity, incredibly rich but extremely energetic; no finish, just goes on and on. There is nothing else like it in the world.
