Unique touch of band aid. Some earth clean and nice restraint. Strong sulfuric play but enjoyable. Really pungent. Really stinky and a little stewed tomato soup qualities. Light soy and balsamic as well. Caressing palate. Nice balance.
Fresh green vegetables, clove, cinnamon. A little funk and earth with a touch of age showing. Some dusty musty saddle with some nice ripeness. An odd wine but really cool enjoyable nose.
Pretty floral nose. Some pink grapefruit, blood orange, camphor. Beach fire, smoky with touches of blue fruit. A little soft white pepper and truffle. Unfortunately, the palate is thin and the finish is shorter than you'd expect. Just a bit lacking for a Lala. "Pink" styling.
Sorry guys. I hate to tip the scale here, but I just wasn't feeling this wine and neither were the majority of the crowd. Really brooding and black as night. Massive in your face bitter chocolate and blackberries. Some stinky foot, meat and dried herbs. The palate was big and over the top. The balance wasn't in harmony. Yes, this was only open maybe ten fifteen minutes, but still, think it shoulda shown better.

Similar notes as last taste. So so stinky on the nose. Massive earthy, shroomy funk. Barnyard fruit. Touches of age and campfire. Raisin fruit a bit but this just screamed Grenache. Some underlying baking spice and a little fatigued on the finish. Very nice and right up my alley.
Sulfur, plastic, rubber tire, petrol. Smells like a museum. Very clean and a bit of Sprite soda on the nose as well. Easy approach. Granny smith apple, blue slate. A touch of age from a great vintage.

Interesting how I tasted this towards the beginning of my wine drinking days and now again almost six years in. Big fruit up front. Molasses, burnt caramel. Pretty dried herbs and toasted nuts in light balsamic. Still a little youthful even. Nice wine. Hard to compare my score then to now. I may have just become more critical.
