First Chinese BBQ Arlington, TX

It is that time of year again. Every year for the past three years available members of the Saturdays at One Group have gotten together immediately after the Thanksgiving holiday for an obscene, gluttonous, Bacchus and hedonism driven lunch. Our first year was at the First Chinese BBW Arlington location which set the gold standard by which other events are measured. During that inaugural event our four charter members brought so many bottles of wine (over two, approaching three per person) and ordered so much food (between two and three ENTREES PER PERSON) our hosts moved the four of us from a table for four to a table for eight at the start of our meal in order to have enough space for all of the food and wine we consumed. This year was our fourth year to gather together and eight of us were available so we gathered together at the Arlington First BBQ location for a a little more subdued version of our annual glutton fest. Here are the wines we shared with my comments:
There were a few other wines I didn't get around to tasting or making notes upon. Many thanks to everybody that participated. it was fun as always.
