Introduction
Tasting was conducted by Sarah Covey, who dubbed it "Turkey Recovery Tasting" because it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and she chose mainly light, refreshing white wines from the area. In fact, only one of the wines was red (Petit Diable) and it was also light in body.

Obviously, I enjoyed all of them, though for different reasons. There was actually quite a lot of difference in flavor, despite the fact that most were chenin blanc's.
