Christmas Champagne Bash with friends

While I always expected that we would consume a few bottles of champagne at this Christmas party with friends, it turned into a full on champagne gala after the first couple of bottles! It was fun sharing some good bottles with friends who did not know much about champagne because you could tell how much they enjoyed the wines and how surprised they were at how tasty some of the non-big house NV bottlings could be.
