Colour is that of a pale Róse. Attractive nose, but difficult to pin down the aromas. Lime, lemon, sour fresh edge to the palate. Lingers well. Could last years more.
Chalk, minerals, and slightly flinty. Just the way I like Chablis. A kind of creamy (milky) texture in the mouth which was very appealing. Looking good.
Lovely golden colour. Stone fruit, hints of spice and pepper even, lemon. Precise. Energetic. Great zing on the palate. Finishes dry but not austere. Lingering finish. Has years ahead of it.

Fine. Lemon cream and a little buttery. Not typically flinty, minerally or chalky. High toned. Almost 'new world' in a way.
