One of my favorites of the lineup tasted. Nose of beautiful blue slate, almost a mineral strawberry. Palate is syrupy sweet a touch, but has a cleaner finish than the attack suggests.
There is no match for Prälat. Gorgeous sweet buttery corn and mineral nose carries through to the palate, along sweet raisins; great cleansing acid leaves a buttery, acid dryness.
