Introduction
Mix up in the schedule and I moved my dinner up. Had these great "Le Pavillon" I bought in France back in 1995. 3 of 4 were Parker 100 pt wines and all of the wines were super and believe it, young! Started the evening with a great '88 Pol Roger Winston Churchill and then a vertical of Leeuwin Estate Margaret River Chardonnay. Finished with a '83 d'Yquem. Great evening and very educational.

The wine looks Crimson colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like and Red Currant. It tastes like and Mushroom. The body is Full. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Long.
