    France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru

    Monolithic caramel and toffee. Probably yeastie.
    Almonds and sweet peanuts on the nose.
    Opulent, masculine Champagne on the palate. Acidic, little crude maybe too young, possibly too basic.

    Monolito de caramelo y chocolate con leche. Probablemente a levadura.
    En nariz almendras y cacahuetes dulces.
    En boca, Champán opulento, masculino. Ácido, un poco crudo quizás muy joven, posiblemente demasiado básico.

    A green pepper splash!
    Yeastie, yeastie. Reduced to my taste. Woody indeed.
    Oxidation? Well don't think it is here but seems very young.
    With time sunflowers seeds and a little sweetness of honey, pears
    A serious complexity is showed
    Lovely.

    ¡Bofetada de pimientos verdes!
    A levadura-levadura. Para mi reducida. Amaderada sin duda.
    ¿Oxidación? No lo creo aquí pero parece muy joven.
    Con tiempo pipas y un poco de dulzura con miel, peras.
    Muestra una complejidad seria.
    Muy rica.

    Heavy on the nose cause its Chardonnay.
    Flor all the way. Pear for the palate.
    Tonite my taste is to Sherry, sorry

    Nuestra vieja escuela en nuestro viejo Imperio para un color pálido.
    Pesado en nariz por esa nariz a Chardonnay.
    Flor todo el rato. Pera en boca.
    Esta noche mi gusto es para el Jerez, lo siento.

    Pure Burgundian colour.
    Perfect Chambolle nose of flowers, mineral and marzipan
    Acid and tannic on the palate. With time clearly lactic.
    Its time will come.

    Puro color borgoñón.
    Perfecta nariz a Chambolle con flores, minerales y mazapán.
    En boca ácida y tánica.al principio. Con tiempo, claramente láctica.
    Su hora llegará.

    A little monolithic in my opinion.
    Sweet strawberry on the nose. Too much.
    Nothing especial sorry
    Palate absurdly mute, greenish. This is not my sort of Chambolle.

    Palote en nariz. Demasiado.
    Nada especial, lo siento.
    Boca absurdamente muda, averdado.
    No es el tipo de Chambolle que amo.

    Palate is perfectly Rioja
    My wine. Ageing to perfection. Long way to go. I bought a bottle at the winery last summer.

    Almost undrinkable.
    What a pity cause in Napa 98 I trust

    Casi imbebible.
    Una pena por la confianza que tengo en los 98 de Napa.
