Nice, classic Chablis nose, lemon and light florals. Also classic palate, lemony, with a cool mineral finish. Well-balanced, an awesome village Chablis.
Really tight nose to start, stony, whiff of sulfur. Tightly coiled, stony, saline palate. Very little fruit impression to start but some lemon started coming through with 30+ minutes of air. No score at the moment but plenty of palate density to suggest this will turn into something very nice.
Similar to the Lechet, the nose is stony and reduced to start. Palate is giving a bit more, with river stones and lemon and a long minerally finish. Needs time of course but I prefer this slightly to the Lechet both now and over the long term.
Whoa, this nose is night-and-day vs. the three '11's from Tribut. Expressive and pretty on the nose with ripe pear and flowers. The palate is packed flavor, tart pear, ripe lemon, orange blossom and medium+ acid. Long ripe lemon finish. This is tasty but not at all classic Chablis.
