Greenish straw; strong herbal and grassy character on the nose along with some bitter lime peel; wild, crisp, clean and no sign of aging; people who consider themselves Sauvignon Blanc fans really enjoyed, the grassiness was a bit much for me.
Richer straw color; wooly quince, fat nose, melon, slight nectarine; fat and leesy richness on the palate, long finish; probably one of the most correct Chenins outside of the Loire.
Dark purple core with reddish ruby edge; fresh tart raspberry, cool nose; brambly almost a garrigue note on the palate, good acid; really tasty, still reminds me of a cool climate CdR.
Dark purple core almost to rim; ripe, smoky, plum, cassis, blackberry, good freshness; ripe dark fruit continues to palate, smoky finish, med+ body; more of a Cab profile; very good.
Dense purple, extracted core; vanilla and coconut dominate the nose with some smoky blackberry in the background; sweet, ripe palate with blackberry and blackcurrant lingering.
