California wine trip 2013

Along with three good friends and fellow wine nerds, we finally made it to California for a wine trip. We have been privileged to have tasted many of the greatest wines from California over the years, but this was the first time, we had the time and opportunity to visit some of our favorite places.

A fantastic trip and experience. The visits with Abe Schoener at Scholium (including a fantastic dinner) and our tasting of the Bond wines + Promentory from Bill Harlan was both epic experiences (albeit as different as they could get).
