drinking well. light color from the age. some brett on the nose but it didn't interfere with the wine. nice mellow fruit. I got light strawberry. enjoyable wine.

in a great place. nose constantly evolved over 3 hours. started with lead, then more tertiary earth and truffle. I got some dark cola and nicely evolved tannins. not huge fruit but it was always there.
2004 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Côte Bouguerots
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
reticent on the nose, then showing honeydew melon. palate progressed toward iodine. lots of grip. I'd hold or decant.
