Introduction
I did not have time to taste through all the Champagne, and didn't take very comprehensive notes, so these are all brief.
NV Ruinart Champagne Brut Rosé 90 Points
France, Champagne
Tasting, brief note. Strawberry and apple aromas and flavors. Impressive acidity and minerality gives a great mouth feel with wonderful textures. 90 points.

NV Ruinart Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut

Tasting, brief note. Lots of citrus, lean and precise that is very elegant and well styled. Slightly simpler than the Brut Rose also tasted. Prob ~89 points today.

2004 Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut La Grande Dame

Tasting, brief note. Bready and nutty start with plenty of ripe orchard fruit aromas. Large scaled on power with good textures, this is very well done in this style, which is one I less prefer. 89 points for me.

1985 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon

Tasting, brief note. Earthy with assertive yeasty elements. No mistaking this for anything other than aging Chardonnay. Big and powerful, very good now.

1996 Dom Pérignon Champagne Oenothèque 93 Points

Tasting, brief note. Robust fruit with toasted brioche hints. Dense and powerful on plate, well textured and energetic, hints of citrus on finish. Very good, but to me not quite worth the price premium over the sensational "regular" DP 1996.

2003 Dom Pérignon Champagne Rosé

Tasting, brief note. Strawberry and ripe berry aromas, slightly floral. Same Pinot-styled fruit with an attractive lemon peel touch, with clearly ripe flavors but not nearly as much as I expected from the 2003 vintage. Very good and impressive.

Tasting, brief note. Earthy, bready and yeasty with mature fruit and a dense, meaty character. Large scaled, powerful and impressive in this style of Champagne.

Tasting, brief note. Bit of strawberry on both nose and palate. Elegant overall with nice combination of fruit and bready elements. Good finish seems just slightly simpler than I recall from before.

NV Henriot Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut

Tasting, brief note. Orchard fruit with a robust nutty character on both nose and palate. Gentler, fluffy textures give it an interesting light character and almost weightlessness.

Tasting, brief note. Raspberry aromas and flavors, with a bit of apple on palate as well. Slightly fat and rounded in the middle, well textured on the elegant finish.

2003 Boërl & Kroff Champagne "B"

Tasting, brief note. This is a new luxury brand (1995 first vintage), very well presented and packaged, taking some of the top vineyard plots in the Drappier portfolio. Normally 100% Pinot Noir, in 2003 it includes 20% Chardonnay. Disgorged a few months ago in February 2013, this shows a great deal of sulfur so tough to assess, but clearly lots of ripe fruit and lots of power and density. Pricey. Also tasted the 2002, which I much preferred.

2002 Boërl & Kroff Champagne "B"

Tasting, brief note. New luxury cuvee (1st vintage 1995) produced from top Drappier plots. 100% Pinot Noir. Lush, fat fruit start for champagne, lots of apple and strawberry, works with a complementary bready element. big and robust, with good textures as well. This is a very good, powerful and charming wine, just far too expensive.

2005 Louis Roederer Champagne Cristal Brut

Tasting, brief note. Very fresh start with lemon, lemon peel, apple and pear with floral notes. Big orchard fruit flavors with citrus at the finish. Ever so slight toast elements. Powerful, long, very fresh and impressive.
