Bouquet Earthy, soft, wheat. Taste soft, plum, grass, minimal finish with a little bitterness. Tasted with spaghetti in bolognese sauce, pannetta in tomato sauce with bacon and parmesan cheese. Wife rated 90 with food. Tasted in Venice, Italy at Bar Ristarante Omnibus on the Grand Canal waterfront. $13 / half bottle - overpriced.
