  • 2010 Château Cambon La Pelouse

    France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Haut-Médoc

    Plum, dark colour; strawberry nose; tannins, oak and significant taste of cherries. Muscular, with noticeable acidity and tannins present which balance each other nicely. Tasted en primeur at Gazzar Degustation in Lausanne.

    Wow! Even after tasting more than 30 wines at the Gazzar tasting in Lausanne, this wine stood out of the crowd. Complex, fresh nose, complex, integrated taste, no faults, a class by itself.

    Nose is still closed, very subtle. Presents lovely, subtle sweetness, not tannic as many other 2010 Bordeaux. Tasted en primeur at the Gazzar Degustation in Lausanne.
