Firm with black olive, tight dry tannins. Needs age. Very good.B/B+
Stiff, young, tight with dark tannic high toned acid. Charred french oak. Needs a lot of age. Excellent potential.

Dark fruit with bright acid. Smooth, silky, syrupy feel. Sweeter than some of the other Ridge offerings. Lots of baking spices.B
