  Light golden colour.
  I steel feel the cement where this wine is fermented. It's hidden all the white fruit.
  That muscat touch, so funny, es to be avoided.
  Very simple on the palate despite that rich final bitterness.
  
  Ligero color oro.
  Siento todavía el cemento donde fermenta, me tapa la fruta blanca
  Ese toque del moscatel jajajaja es para evitar
  Es simplote en boca y con un rico amargor final.

• 2011 Anima Negra ÀN/2

  Surprisely it isn't a red colour wine, it is violet.
  Very oaky on the nose.
  Perhaps graphite, chalk and some iron. In spite of that the aromatic Shirah is clearly trying to predominate.
  Pretty acid on the palate. To my taste just needs time.
  
  Sorprendentemente no es el rojo, es violeta.
  En nariz muy amaderado .
  Quizás grafito, pizarra y algo de mineral de hierro. No obstante la aromática Shirah lucha por predominar.
  Bien ácida en boca. Para mi gusto necesita tiempo.

  More red colour if compared with previous AN/2.
  Those are legs in the glass.
  Also more expressive in the nose of humid stones and pastry shop.
  Rich mouth, young and refreshing.
  
  Más rojo de color por comparación del AN/2
  Esas son lágrimas en copa
  Más expresivo también en nariz con piedra mojada y pastelería
  Rica en boca, joven y refrescante.

  Pretty strange that violet colour.
  Reduced nose at first.
  A little artificial on the nose, betadine? Well if look for the nice, iron.
  Harsh and hard on the palate. Of course it isn't my favorite.
  
  Extrañamente de color violáceo.
  Reducido al principio.
  Un poco artificial en nariz, mercurocromo? Buscando lo rico, hierro.
  Áspero y duro en boca. No es mi favorito desde luego.

  Returning to red colour. Perfect cardinal.
  Mineral to the bone on the nose. Also liked on the palate but seems to have a short way.
  Its mate? AN 11
  
  Vuelta al color rojo. Carmesí perfecto.
  Mineral hasta el final en nariz. Me gusta también en boca pero parece tener un recorrido corto.
  ¿Su compañero? AN 11

  Cardinal colour. That mature red that I adore.
  A mix of herbal and pastry shop on the nose. Strange but it isn't good to me.
  Magnificent on the palate, all power and acidity to face more years
  
  Color cardenalicio. Ese carmesí maduro que me encanta en color.
  En nariz una mezcla de herbales y de pastelería. Curioso pero no a sí realmente bueno
  La boca es magnífica a mi gusto con potencia y acidez para acometer más años.

  Mature red brick colour.
  That cherry coke on the nose of pastries and aspirin. I still adore it.
  Very acid palate so that indicates a refreshing bottle and the old style.
  How much I miss that way of making wine.
  Its mate is that AN 07
  
  Maduro color rojo teja.
  Esa cola de cereza en nariz con pasteles y aspirina. Me sigue encantando.
  En boca es muy muy ácida con lo cual refrescante y del viejo estilo.
  Como lo añoro.
