Herbal, earthy and a darker core. Maybe even a bit of VA, evidenced by spicy stew and tomatoes. A bit too much funk for my taste, but the spice does evolve after time in the glass.

Darker cherry, prunes and darker fruits. Big and concentrated. Acidity balances but could use even a bit more. Really nice effort but not a QPR. A bit pricey for what it is.

More earth, lighter on palate. Spice and forest floor. Definitely more restrained than the '10 Chambolle.

Good amount of red fruit. Softer, more forward with a cooler mint and mineral note. Good acidity. More accessible than the '09 Vosne right now.
