CHRYSALIS VINEYARDS BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL MIDDLEBURG, VA

It's been a number of years since I last visited this appellation and by chance the wife and I just happened upon this festival. Chrysalis vineyard ls situated on a picturesque property with beautiful vistas of vineyards and rolling hills.

Overall, Virginia wines have come a long way with some of them matching world class status. Unfortunately they are nor will they ever will be a great QPR. None the less all of the wines tasted today with the exception of one were quite enjoyable.
