Later it opens more providing tangerine, apricot, peach aromas as well. Light body, crystal-clear transparent texture. Flavours are intense and just sparkling. Midpalate has good, compact structure, the gulp has nice focus and length.Precise, vibrating yet absolutely integrated acidity, this wine has the most perfect balance a classy mosel riesling would need. Lovely and harmonious.

Good acidity, good balance, though a bit calmer, with less vibrancy and revolution than the above.

Slightly more body, intense flavours, fruits, spices, toffee, very fine creaminess in the texture as well. Concentrated mineral core on the midpalate, accompanied by soft, almost low, but still playful acidity. Sensitive balance, polished elegance.

And now, the volume has been turned up. Deeper and more complex than any other in the row. Dried citrus, clove, ginger, orangepeel, honey, some smokiness and lots of more..On the palate it has one step more weight, more sweetness, more intensity, depth, structure and length, but still remains absolutely proportional, integrated and super balanced. Wow!
