  Quite translucent, garnet, a little cloudy.
  Fabulous complex nose, green peppers, peas, no fruit.
  Fruity, delicious, almost no tannin, refreshing, beautifully integrated, still going strong, quite long.

  Slightly biscuity nose, very refreshing, fruit (lemons and peaches).
  Refreshing, slightly sweet citrus attack bitter in the mid palate, dry and light, medium length, scope for improving with a bit more age.

  Silver green.
  Fascinating complex nose, mineral, grassy.
  Dry but honeyed, not fruity but there's a wealth of interesting vegetal tastes, eventually some typical sauvignon blanc in the finish.

  Honey, waxy, perfumed nose, delicate, complex, tropical fruit.
  Honeyed but pretty dry, balanced, chalky, quite austere, will keep 10 years and nore.
