Ditto of the previous note; one of the favorites from the crowd and hard to beat for the price; French Chard but NOT Burgundy; really need to try this if you haven't.

A wonderful example of RRV Chard with tasteful balance; golden yellow with hints of green; nose of vanilla, more tropical fruits like banana, mango, and pineapple; the palate provides fruit and good acid to keep the balance, clean finish; more hedonistic than I usually prefer but this was well made.
Dull ruby color and translucent; nose of sweet dark cherry, some candy but not overpowering; some sour cherry on the palate with decent acid and balance; simple but good price point and crowd pleasing appeal.
Lighter ruby; nose of sweet red fruit quickly overshadowed by a vegetal stemmy character that I tried to look past, some nice spice in the background; the palate starts off lean but a nice midpalate develops and the sour red fruit is in full stride; this seems more classic to me as '09 & '10 have spoiled us with their great fruit; good- probably better with the right food.
Reddish purple; the nose is fairly subdued (first experience with producer) but there is the classic raspberry, sour cherry, Robitussin, plump fruit; the palate is full and fruity with nice structure and tart medicinal fruit keeping the sweetness in check; very drinkable and tasty.
