    DIAM closure. Wonderful precision and linearity, bone-dry but the ripeness of the fruit avoids austerity, citrus and white flowers, very pure Chardonnay typicity, very good length.

    70% Timorasso, 30% Cortese, 12 months Sur Lie. Nose displays good depth, vinosity rather than forward fruit flavours, notes of honey, flowers and minerals; ripe and round attack, lovely weight of juicy fruit on the palate (citrus and pear) , balanced by attractive mineral freshness; light finish but good length, chamomile. Very distinctive, very pleasant.

    Six months in large old oak. Very clean and well-constructed wine, transparent but warm, ripe and slightly sweet fruit, starts out fishy, soft tannins and ripe acidity, light but well balanced, spicy volcanic minerality, slightly lactic; finishes with lovely notes of smoked sausage. Light but flavoursome and quite delicious.
