  • 2003 Alois Kracher Cuvée TBA #1 Nouvelle Vague 92 Points

    Austria, Burgenland, Neusiedlersee

    The only TBA produced by Kracher in 2003 due to a very difficult warm vintage. White blend of 50% Welschriesling, 25% Pinot Gris, 25% Scheurebe.
    Light golden colour.
    nose: developed savoury tropical aromas with honey & caramel notes.
    palate: heavy silky rich & concentrated with high acidity and citrus finish.
    good ageing potential.

    nose: unique quince, sweet-melon & spicy aromas
    palate: young, spicy minerality, high acidity, well balanced, excellent complexity, nice finish. good ageing potential.

    nose: fine sweet aromas with lemongrass, orange peel, grapefruit notes
    palate: rich tropical & citrus flavours, some minerality, high acidity, excellent balance, powerful fine sweetness, very long finish.
