Medium yellow. High toned peach fragrance. Rich entry, slight residual sugar, then the concentration falls off but good mineral finish. Reminded me more of Viognier than anything else.
Medium ruby. Blackberry and licorice. Medium weight. Very smooth feel. Dark cherry fruit on the palate, attractive spiciness, lively and less marked by wood than the Mori that preceded it. Tannic finish suggest waiting a few years. I liked this.
Medium to lighter color. Strong scent of anise. Fragrant, lean, well etched wine. Light and earthy with black fruit in the background. Substantial fine tannin, quite backward on the whole. This needs at least 5 years to soften.

Medium core, tawny maturing edge. Not that forthcoming aromatically. Elegant lighter mouth feel. Subtly ripe fruit, leather and then on the back end, rising soil, acidity and a salty bite. Classic in style, at or close to maturity. A relief after some of the more heavily oaked wines.
Deep center just short of being opaque. Very Bordeaux-like aromatics with cedar and mint (trying to be a Pauillac?). Medium weight but mouthcoating and powerful. Olive, chocolatey richness and then slightly green wood tannins which completely dominate the finish. Lots to it, but not a style toward which I gravitate in terms of all of the make up.

Bright light ruby. Nose of cherries and spice. Medium weight, lush, cocoa and herb. Some acidity. Modern style with a very woody finish.
