Ludovic worked with Dagueneau. This is a white made with Grenache noir. Color of the wine reminds me of cider. On the nose cooked apple, pear. High acidity, light bitterness on the finish. Yeasty. Interesting and fun wine. Not complex.
Important dry extract but balanced with high acidity. Mineral, hint of petrol, lemon and lime. There's something a little more exotic in the background. On the dry side. Good wine.
From tanks that did not complete their fermentation for several years. As much as I love Milan wines, I could not drink this. This tastes and smells like chemical glue.
Very fresh nose despite the obvious ripeness. Menthol and chocolate notes (reminded of the After Eight cookies). Needs time to become complex but has the structure to age.
