Dry, medium body, m+ intensity, acidity and alcohol, sherry like flavors with oak, with walnuts and roasted almonds, alcohol bite, strangely enough the wine is balanced though, ends with a drying medium+ aftertaste. The first sherry (??) from Santorini , premium price, drinking now better than later. I like Sherries, but it will be a real bitch to sell

Luscious sweet, full body, med+ to high intenstity, medium+ alcohol and acidity, walnut, honey, caramel, dried fig, jam, oak notes, rich and heavy on the tongue, tinned apricot and peach marmelade, ends with a long long finish. Outstanding quality, premium price, can surely age. Not for the faint hearted....

Clear amber color. The nose is clean, as apparently is by purpose oxidative and sherry like, medium+ intensity filled with walnuts, glue, full oaky presence, developed.
Dry, medium body, m+ intensity, acidity and alcohol, sherry like flavors with oak, with walnuts and roasted almonds, alcohol bite, strangely enough the wine is balanced though, ends with a drying medium+ aftertaste.
The first sherry (??) from Santorini , premium price, drinking now better than later. I like Sherries, but it will be a real bitch to sell
