K&L Valentine's Day Rose Champagne Tasting

Introduction
Overall an interesting tasting since I don't drink many rose champagnes. The clear standout was the Bruno Michel Les Roses, which is funny since looking back in my notes it was a clear standout in the 2011 K&L Rose Champagne tasting as well. Most were more expensive than I would like for the quality. The Billecart-Salmon rose was one that I was looking forward to given its reputation. It was good as expected, but expensive for what it provided.

Fresh, good strawberry fruit; nice palate with good acidity, full bodied, overall rich. Nice. 90
