Light ruby.Slightly thin fragrance of oak furniture polish.Red fruit, limited acidity, youthful.
Dense and quite dark.Fruity and peppery mature aromas.A warming wine with good length.
Brownish blackcurrant colour.A depth of fruit mingling with muted oaky fragrance.Sweet attack and a lovely bitter finish, clearly needs food.
Dense and dark.Fruity nose with a bit of pepper.Sweet attack, gentle tannins, a light wine.
Lightish hue.Baked fruit and vegetal nose.Austere oaky taste, quite tannic, might still soften with more age.
Dense russet, quite viscous.A pretty lean nose.A pleasant taste, low in tannin and acidity.
Quite light coloured but showing remarkably little age.Oak and a hint flowers to the nose.Fruity, not too tannic, an oily texture.
