La Paulee de San Fransisco Verticals Tasting

This was my first time at an event quite like this. There were 2 1/2 hours to taste everything. I certainly learned quickly how to swirl and spit. These are very general notes and very short. More for my future reference than necessarily useful to others.

My impression was that 2010 is a standout and that there is far more variability due to site and wine making in reds than in whites. At this tasting the whites really spoke of their vintage more than the reds.
