I found this similar to the '12 in its refreshing deliciousness. A bit more ripe peach than you find in most Spanish Albarinos but still a nice spine of acidity that keeps it crisp and you wanting another sip. This taste suggested that six bottles will likely not be enough to last the summer.
As others have noted, darker color than previous years. Pretty aromatics and nice strawberry fruit balanced by citrus. Medium bodied and more structured than previous vintages, especially the lean, elegant '12. Midpalate tannins made this a bit awkward for my taste. But I'm withholding judgment, Chris & Morgan suggested that bottling really changed the flavor profile. I'll give my bottles at least a couple of months and possibly a decant.
Pretty nose of red fruit and flowers. Red berries and pepper with a rocky, tannic spine. Really interesting flavor profile, not the fruity summer sipper I anticipated but I'm not complaining! Had trouble comparing it to anything until Chris mentioned Morgon, that's the closest I can get.
Another beautiful Syrah. Maybe a hair less intense than the Hudson. Lovely dark fruit, violets, fruit skin tannin. Just bursting with flavor but not overripe or heavy. Chris thinks this may be Morgan's best syrah ever, Morgan agrees that its at least his best Griffin's. I don't think it's a crime to open one of these in the near-term, as long as you save a few others for 5+, 10+, 15+ years.

2013 Bedrock Wine Co. Ode to Lulu Old Vine Rosé

Gorgeous, floral and berry aromas, I couldn't stop smelling this. Dark fruit, smoked meat, florals, ample structure... back up the truck in the fall.
