    Vivid golden colour.
    Austere SB on the nose. Quite herby and simple. Love some saline touch.
    Absurdly acid with a long persistence that is far away from that timid nose. A contrast. Vega Sicilia refused this vineyard. Probably I understand why.

    De color oro brillante.
    Austera SB en nariz. Bastante herbal y simplote. Me gustan esos golpes salinos.
    Absurdamente ácida y de larga persistencia muy lejos de esa tímida nariz. Un contraste. Vega Sicilia rechazó este viñedo. Les entiendo.

    Pale pink colour. Like a rose.
    Uncommon smell of rotten apple at first with pastry shop and varnish. Woody. Sawdust aroma.
    Pretty acid. Glycerine texture. Citric. Too young? Give it a break! Needing time in spite this is nothing more than a Rosé. Something different. Fino-like, I promise. Overall, very interesting. Time will tell...

    De un pálido color rosa.
    Olores poco comunes a manzanas podridas al comenzar con notas de pastelería y barniz. Amaderada. Aroma a serrín.
    Bastante ácida. De textura glicérica. Cítrica. ¿Demasiado joven? Dale un respiro
    Necesita tiempo a pesar de que no es más que un rosado. Diferente. Como un Fino, lo prometo. Sobretodo, muy interesante. El tipo dirá...

    Dark as hell.
    Carbonic maceration like wine but it isn't. Balsamic and herby on the nose. Really can feel the amphora?
    Alcoholic, unbalanced and aggressive palate. Almost undigestible at this point.

    Oscuro como el infierno.
    Parece un vino de maceración carbónica pero no lo es. En boca se muestra balsámico y de hierbas. ¿Puedo realmente sentir la ánfora?
    En boca es alcohólico, desequilibrado y agresivo. Casi indigestible en este momento.

    From magnum.
    Dark purple colour.
    Starting with a fresh donkey mature. This's a natural wine or what? With some time, appear notes of cleaned shoes, compote and alcohol.
    High acidity, low pleasure. Unbalanced and over extracted. Ugly. To avoid or to believe in miracles in just a few decades.

    De una magnum.
    De oscuro color púrpura.
    Comenzando con olor a estiércol greco de burro. Es un vino natural, ¿verdad? Con algo de tiempo, aparecen notas a zapatos limpios, compotas y alcohol.
    De alta acidez o sea de poco placer. Desequilibrada y sobré extractada. Fea. Para evitar o creer en que los milagros ocurren en sólo unas décadas.

    Same colour than previous 2008 magnum.
    At this stage, plastic on the nose hiding the fruit. Horrible.
    Flat palate. Use your drainpipe without any mercy or just forget a few bottles at the bottom of your cellar until the next 2030.

    En este punto, plástico en nariz que esconde la fruta. Horrible.
    Paladar plano. Para usar el desagüe sin ninguna piedad o para simplemente olvidarla al hondo de la bodeguita hasta el año 2030.

    Interesting evolved nose. Fried corn aromas. Black fruit. Eucalyptus and thyme. Very nice. With enough depth.
    Still a sturdy palate but seems is integrating so that theory that this red wine needs at least ten years is quite plausible.

    Interesante nariz evolucionada. Aromas a maíz frito. Fruta negra. Eucalipto y tomillo. Muy buena. Con bastante profundidad.
    Todavía una boca vasta pero parece que se está integrando así que esa teoría de que sus vinos tintos necesitan al menos diez años es bastante plausible.

    Interesting nose with aromas of beeswax, honeyed and fine herbs.
    Too young on the palate to be judged at this stage.

    Interesante nariz a cera de abejas, melosa y a finas hierbas.
    Demasiado joven en boca como para ser juzgada ahora.

    Toasted punch. After that sweet corn and quite mineral. Timid and austere.
    Powerful palate yet little absurd, in my modest opinion, for this kind of wine.

    Golpe a ahumados. Después a ese maíz dulce y bastante mineral en nariz. Tímida y austera.
    Boca poderosa aunque un poco absurda, en mi modesta opinión, para esta clase de vino.

    Very old golden colour.
    Tokaji-like nose. Meringue apple pie all the way. Marvellous aroma. A perfume. In spite of that the performance on the palate is unbalanced cause every element is going by its own, I mean acidity depth and texture. Lacking harmony. They're not well-integrated, sorry Daniel. Anyway I've to say it's pretty obvious you're very close to get it. Go ahead!

    De color del oro muy viejo.
    Nariz como a Tokaji. Te acompaña todo el tiempo el pastel de manzana con merengue. Maravilloso aroma. Un perfume. A pesar de ello la actuación en boca está desequilibrada ya que cada elemento va a su aire, es decir la acidez, la profundidad y la textura. Falta armonía. No parece que estén bien conjuntados, Daniel lo siento. De todos mides he de decir que estás muy cerca de pillarlo. ¡Adelante!

Enthusiastic, passional with his wines, this span-aussie shows that a good work on Gredos is not only possible but necessary.
Crowed pleaser? Well, who knows if further...
