Stunning Spätlese.

Mature but lively appearance; lovely nose of ripe red berry fruit, spice, bacon and mineral freshness; wonderfully creamy and rounded, transparent but with ripe fruit, balanced beautifully by firm but ripe tannins and refreshing acidity, very clear and primary style; very good length. Needs another 5-10 years to unfold fully.
