  Well balanced with good acidity and juicy fruit flavors of sour cherries and raspberries, with some spicyness and pepper following the tannins. Very refreshing and drinkable on its own.

  Earthy aromas of wet wood and dirt, followed by black cherries and plum on the palate. Some smoky and earthy spices as well. Almost comes out on the sweet side.

  Aromatic with hints of prunes, leather and cassis on the nose. Buttery fruit flavors on the palate dominated by strawberries, cassis and some chocolate and vanilla. Shows some "Haribo" flavors as it warms up.

  Aromas of leather and eucalyptus followed by complex flavors of tart cherry, raspberries, red meat graphite and earthy tannins. Complex and full body that continues to change in the glass. Probably would have come out even more with decanting.
