We gathered at the new location of The Traklin in a private room: Hanan, Orna & Ofer Kedar, Eran Ramot, Tedy K & Gil Feingold
and enjoyed a nice evening, pleasant company, tasty food and great wines.

full body, ripe fruits, well balanced and good harmony, dense, rich, not a typical CDP, enjoyable, qualitative long aftertaste.

nose & palate of dark cherry, smoke, olives, fat, leather, and plum. will contiue to improve over the next 5 years at least.

2004 Roger Sabon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Prestige 90 Points

pleasant and easy drinkable with soft tannins, however not much complexity and concentration.
Expectation from this Sabon Prestige cuvee were higher.
