Lifted, floral aromas and some new oak on the nose, mineral and fresh with herbs and a hint of citrus; nice roundness and fullness on the attack, finishes fresh and mineral, lovely ripe citrus flavours, good length. A really lovely wine.

Deep purple, almost black; smoky nose, bacon, sweet black cherry fruit, garrigue, clean and mineral, glossy and deep; the palate shows real tension and drive, concentrated but mineral and elegant rather than big, flavoursome, liquorice and vanilla, finely grained but powerful tannins; complete finish, excellent length.
Bright and light colour, white gold with a hint of green: lovely nose, intense, herbs and flowers, rose, minerals and spice, ripe citrus fruit, hardly sweet; the palate is refreshing, with tropical fruits, attractive bitters, juicy, some heat from the 15.5% ABV; good length.
