C3 classic cloudy ruby color. Aromas of spice, fig, and earth- nicely melded into a whole. The palate is popping right out on the gate with creamy notes of fig paste, mineral and earthen spice. Richly layered, very well balanced. Medium plus finish. Always such an awesome early drinking Pinot Noir, the 2011 is right there.
