Outstanding. Tiny bubbles. Super elegant offering with grapefruit, sour apples, citrus, baking spices and crust. Long finish and acidic. A perfect food Champagne. Drink or hold this beauties. Should go another decade plus. Top ten of the year candidate.
Not as impressed as others with this wine. It lack complexity and paled in comparison to the Fevre. Mineral, too much spice and grapefruit. A bitter finish. Hold and hope it improves.
Another great showing for Fevre with a really vibrant nose featuring minerals, carmel, orange pee and lemon oil. Palate is balanced and long finish. This should age a few years but can be enjoyed today. Both pours very consistent.
Needs some time in the cellar and should improve. Lemon, mineral, oak and spices. Medium plus finish. A little off balance and hopefully the oak will subside. Hold till 2017.
It is really not fair to put German Rieslings in these tastings as often times they will be wine of the night and really showed outstanding tonight. As one of the cheapest wines represents the best QPR. Floral, apricots, peach galore, and a touch of subtle spice. Long and rich finish. Drink now till 2029.
Not a lot left here and a disappointment. Carmel, sugar and floral notes. Very little fruit left and should have been consumed a decade ago. Interesting as I had this wine a year ago and was not impressed with it and now even far less. This is the value of Cellar Tracker and based on the previous note not sure why this was at the tasting.

Grapefruit, chalk, floral and spices. Much better on the first go around as it lost some of its complexity on round two. Drink now and enjoy.
