From old vines (40 - 50 years old) in Chaintré (a commune in the Pouilly-Fuissé area), partially vinified in wood. Fresh and mineral core, good stuffing of ripe citrus fruit, touches of lime-tree blossom and salted butter. Attractive wine, nicely poised.
