Introduction

Big Wine dinner organised by a few friends. Sin, Edmond and Stephen graciously brought a long the 2003 Lafite, 1995 Hill of Grace and 96 Margaux for us to taste.
Dinner was organised at a friendly restaurant frequented by Stephen. The service was excellent and they were very helpful.

We started off with a Meursault brought along by PL with some seafood platters oysters, ham etc. for starters

Then lamb, steak, foie gras and pasta for mains.

As suggested by Ed, we started off with the Margaux because it was opened and double decanted earlier. then the Hill and then the lafite to finish it off!

A very enjoyable evening with some wine buddies!
