Clearly a very forward style operation employing a lot of new oak and with quite extracted and soft palate wines. Not my style, but in its category, rather well made wines, especially the quail hill fruit seemed very good, if not excellent.

2010 Lynmar Estate Chardonnay Quail Hill Vineyard 89 Points

Similar to the russian river valley chard - oaked new world chard with butter, brioche, ripe tropical fruit, but this has more acidity and more mineral depth.
Nothing for the chablis fanatics, but if you have more new world chardonnay tastes, this is a chard worth trying.

big modern forward pinot, a lot of the RRV cherry coke esters, which I feel detract quite a bit, some oak bitterness at the end.

2012 Lynmar Estate Pinot Noir Quail Hill Vineyard 90 Points

This is also a warm fruit, high alcohol, soft textured, heavily oaked, forward pinot noir with RRV cherry coke on the nose, but also some interesting green stems and a lot of pinosity, which makes it quite enjoyable in its style.
