Flight 1 (6 Notes)

  • 2012 Ridge Chardonnay Estate 91 Points

    USA, California, Santa Cruz Mountains

25 % new american oak, the remainder 1-2 yr old barrels. Very fine nose, perhaps some ripe tropical fruit and some buttered popcorn, but also some truffel pungency and mineral tones, this is very fine. Perhaps a tad bit short on the finish, but nice cali chard!
