Introduction
Thomas Haag is a very inspiring, generous and humorous host. Interesting to compare two adjacent vineyards. NH a bit heavier, perhaps more complex in it youth, whereas JS is more fine graded and with lighter fruit, more delicate.

Apples – mostly green ones, but a hint of yellow; slightly more full than the mere trocken, but too much acid.

Been open for two weeks. Decent maturity to the fruit, some gun powder/flint; OK body and length. Just about it.

Thin, seems to in the lower end of the common feinherb range, sugar wise, but it actually has 21g.
